VerdeSol is a commercial solar design-build firm based on the US east coast. Our scope encompasses solar PV solutions for the industrial, commercial, agricultural, educational, and Caribbean markets.

We truly believe solar makes a difference…and have been thinking this way for a very long time.

Conceptual Designs

VerdeSol designs all of our in-house projects, but we also collaborate and team with other companies in our industry so we can all better serve our clients. We believe the right teaming efforts expand our capabilities and can strengthen a project’s overall success.

Engineered Drawings

Permitting departments have different requirements by municipality and by state. If your project requires engineered drawings, we can offer one and three line electrical drawings stamped by a Professional Engineer.

Project Management

Like any job, proper management is one of the best keys to success. We are always on our project sites, and, if our schedule allows, we will offer those same management skills to other commercial solar companies needing VerdeSol’s professional oversight.

USDA REAP Grant Writing

When you own a rural small business, or 50% of your income is derived from agriculture, you may qualify for a USDA REAP Grant, which, if approved, could cover 40% of the cost of your system. **WE WILL HAVE VALIDATION OF THIS PERCENTAGE BY YEAR’S END.

We offer an initial consultation so that you have a clear understanding of the process. VerdeSol will then gather your information, write your grant, and submit all of the requirements for you.

Feasibility Studies

When you apply for a USDA REAP Grant, a Feasibility Study from a Qualified Consultant is required if the system cost exceeds a specified amount. VerdeSol is qualified to write these studies and will satisfy all USDA requirements for your solar system to be feasible from an Economic, Technical, Financial, Management, and Market standpoint.

RFQs and Specifications

If your companys been tasked with writing the RFQ or Specifications for a project, you know that gives you the opportunity to have some control over the quality and workmanship you expect. If solar photovoltaics is part of it, let VerdeSol handle those specifics. We can make sure the solar element is in keeping with your high standards in regard to materials and installation.

There are two tax credits available for businesses and other entities like nonprofits and local and tribal governments that purchase solar energy systems: the investment tax credit (ITC) and the production tax credit (PTC).

LATTICE partners are all established technology leaders in their respective businesses. We only partner with Tier-1 brands that can ensure the highest quality products, best-inclass warranties, and exceptional service.

The federal government provides grants to help rural businesses go solar. It does so through the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP). REAP grants have given thousands of farmers and business owners in rural areas across the country the opportunity to power their businesses with solar energy projects.
